The Ceres Centurion team combines many years experience from multiple medical software companies. The parallels in the privacy, audit capability, government regulations, and complete accuracy necessary in the medical accounts receivable and electronic health records industries are an exact match to the needs of the cannabis industry. Privacy, accountability, audit, and government regulations are prevalent needs in the cannabis community.
Ceres Centurion is currently preparing documentation for Woman Owned Business Certification. After working in the pharmaceutical and armored car industries, our major stockholder, Carol L. Daily Reports
Our management team, in conjunction with our development team, has prepared reports to assist Cannabis Commissions in their efforts to help both medical and recreational shops combat looping. The reports will provide a daily tally of the total weight sold each day by location, as well as a number of attempted over purchases.
Activity Control
Our dashboard reports will enable shops to quickly monitor all activity with drill-down capabilities. The reports will allow shop owners to view total sales per day and drill down to a granular view of sale weight per location if more than one location is involved. Owners can also audit the number of looping attempts and overrides to the system by the administrator.
PRIVACY
The Ceres Centurion team has centuries of combined experience in the medical software industry, and this provides a great comfort level for the Cannabis Commissions, all dispensary owners, and the cannabis consumer/patient. Our software engineers are fully versed in HIPAA regulations requiring complete privacy of medical records. The privacy of the consumer/patient identity will remain of ultimate importance to the Ceres Centurion team as the software is implemented, enhanced, and maintained.
TECHNOLOGY
The Ceres Centurion Solution will identify each client with a unique dual marker solution without invading his/her privacy – employing a complex algorithm to identify an individual without ever knowing his/her name or any other personal information. Ceres will monitor purchases within the looping period to ensure protection against over-purchases and minimize any legal ramifications resulting from accidents involving over-sold clients. The cloud-based solution will function as a near invisible layer within the POS system.
SECURITY
Ceres Centurion ensures security at every level, from the shop administrator to the customer.
For the Cannabis Commission, our software will bring an end to looping at the state level.
For medical and recreational shops, it will provide the means to protect against employees violating the looping policy, either intentionally or accidentally.
For the cannabis customer/patient, Ceres Centurion will create a private identification number to ensure he/she does not over-purchase and face legal consequences. This will be done without obtaining any private information.

ONBOARDING
Our staff will provide a fast and efficient onboarding process. Regional training centers will be set up to walk our clients’ employees through every facet of installing the Ceres Centurion equipment. We will provide comprehensive training on the day-to-day function of the software and certify store administrators to supervise its use. After the onboarding training, our friendly support staff will remain on standby via phone and computer chat to answer any follow up-questions.
APPLICATIONS
Ceres Centurion is functional in national, state and local areas simultaneously. The product will function balancing the different rules, regulations, and laws within the jurisdictions.
STATE GOVERNMENT
Ceres Centurion cloud-based software will be systematically deployed in every recreational and medical dispensary in the state, eliminating the looping problem. A unique algorithm will be used to privately identify each customer, keep a running total of purchases within the looping time frame; audit attempted over-purchases, and keep a daily total of store ounce equivalents sold. Ceres will never obtain the names and addresses of individuals.
Ceres can be tailored to Cannabis Commission requirements for medical and recreational combinations. It also has the ability to monitor purchases by an individual in other states, so that the Cannabis Commission in a given state can decide whether or not those purchases should be accounted in the loop period totals.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Ceres is equipped to manage state, county and municipal regulations in the cannabis industry. Many states give local governments latitude for stricter regulation of cannabis industry purchase limits, and Ceres Centurion is prepared for any and all local regulations. As local governments choose more stringent regulations, Ceres has the ability to monitor and regulate purchases for those specific needs – including monitoring purchases outside the local area and adding those to the purchase total for the local government.
STATIONARY OR MOBILE
Both the Stationary and Mobile devices will be interfaced to the POS product.
The stationary product will be integrated with the current POS product.
The mobile product can be deployed in any type of delivery system. The driver will take the device to the door of the recipient’s home and provide the dual authentication at that point. Thanks to the software, there will be no question as to whether the recipient is the correct customer/patient; Ceres will ensure the identity of both the seller and the customer/patient.
